Carrie Stockton is the Founder of Odyssey People Development, a consultancy providing immersive learning experiences and HR solutions that build and promote inclusivity at work.

Her extensive experience spans over many years where she has worked strategically with a number of leadership teams across a diverse range of industry sectors across the globe. Her approach is both creative and pragmatic, with a strong focus on results. She is used to working on challenging projects, not only managing various stakeholders, but also using her mix of intuition, enthusiasm and experience to drive significant change.

Previously Carrie has worked in senior People roles for some of the UK’s leading retailers in both the UK and Europe. In addition, she has worked for Ernst & Young and the NHS.

She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a tutor on both their public and B2B programmes. In addition she trained as an Executive Coach at Ashridge Business School. She also holds a diploma in personal impact coaching.
